our company
CatchingUp aims to contribute to the innovation process of companies, providing quality services with regard to Intellectual Property for the exploration, protection and management of intangible assets. We consider that the protection of knowledge is fundamental to make research and development feasible in organizations, enhancing the company’s business. Therefore, we work with our clients at all stages of the Intellectual Property chain, which ranges from identifying opportunities for exploiting knowledge, passing, therefore, through the protection of such knowledge, as well as the management and transfer of assets with the market in Brazil and abroad. Aiming to meet all the imperatives of the innovation cycle, we formed a multidisciplinary team that covers the technological, legal and economic areas.
As far as research and development requires investments, human capital and correct time management, we focus on the financial return of our customers so that the process of developing new products and processes can be efficient and continuo.

Our differentials in the market.
Our company is an Intellectual Property as a Service (Integration Platform as a Service – IPaaS) office, and we are always available to serve your business. Our partners are able to assist managers in making strategic decisions, always supported by data analysis combined with their personal skills and experience. The adoption of the “as a service” model in the Intellectual Property area allows access to highly specialized services with lower maintenance costs.
Adding an IP department to your company increases the level of business confidence as well as boosts commercial strategies. In this regard, CatchingUp operates in three distinct moments of the innovation cycle in organizations. Initially, in the field of knowledge exploration, our team seeks to identify, prioritize and capitalize on opportunities. In the second stage, the selected intangible assets will be protected, in a knowledge capture process, aiming to create advantage and guarantee priority and/or exclusivity of use. Finally, there will be continuous management of the portfolio of intellectual assets, valuation and negotiation with the market.
